This Service is intended for SkaDate Customers who have a license of SkaDate dating software and community script and SkaDate Certified Specialists with SkaDate developers' licenses. Any registration by, use of or access to the Service by anyone without an appropriate license, or by anyone who offer additional services to other members without any permission, is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Service or the Site, you represent and warrant that you have SkaDate Certified Specialist's license or SkaDate Customer license, and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• SkaDate Customers may order modifications, add-ons, design and other services from SkaDate Certified Specialists. SkaDate Customers cannot offer any services and submit listings with their services.
• SkaDate Certified Specialists may sell any services which are permitted by their SkaDate certified speciliasts' licenses by submitting listings.

You agree not to use the Service or the Site to:

• to offer any services and sell anything to other members without the appropriate permission;
• harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails;
• use the Service or the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site;
• register for more than one User account;
• use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorization from the Service, or create a false identity on the Site.

When you use SkaDateCS.com in any manner you are agreeing to abide by Terms of Use. Parties are solely responsible for all interactions with each other, for arranging for payment and the exchange of the goods or services purchased and for the results and performance of any transaction or relationship entered into through SkaDateCS.com.
